When you first visit nixelai.com, a banner asks whether you accept optional cookies. “Essential only” means just the first category below runs; “Accept” switches on the analytics and advertising categories too. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site, which will show the banner again.
Essential (always on)
A small piece of browser storage remembers your cookie choice itself, so the banner does not reappear on every page. Nothing is sent to a third party.
Analytics (on when you accept)
We run our own first-party analytics — page views, clicks, approximate time on page and which page you arrived from — stored against an anonymous identifier in your browser. This data stays on Nixel’s own servers and is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Advertising (on when you accept)
The Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) is loaded only after you accept, and only then does it record page views and completed bookings — so we can measure whether our advertising is working and avoid showing you ads for something you have already booked. If you choose “Essential only”, the Meta Pixel never loads.
Booking (loaded when you click Book a Call)
Clicking “Book a Call” loads Calendly’s scheduling widget, which sets its own cookies to manage the booking. This is necessary to make the booking work and is outside Nixel’s control — see Calendly’s own privacy policy.
Managing your choice
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings (or your browser’s private/incognito mode), which resets the banner. Blocking third-party scripts in your browser or an ad blocker will also prevent the Meta Pixel and Calendly from loading.
See also our Privacy Policy for what we do with the data these cookies collect.
