These terms cover your use of nixelai.com. They are separate from — and do not replace — any signed agreement between Nixel and a client covering the delivery of the Nixel platform, Lead Reactivation or New Lead Management services.

Using this site

This website is provided to explain what Nixel does and to let you book a call or register for the Nixel platform. You may use it for those purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

The opportunity calculator

Any figure produced by the calculator on this site is an illustrative estimate based on conservative, general assumptions about lead reactivation and conversion. It is not a quote, a forecast, or a guarantee of results for your business. Actual outcomes depend on your database, offer, market and how a campaign is run.

Booking a call

Booking a call does not create any obligation to purchase. Scheduling is handled by Calendly; rescheduling and cancellation are managed through the confirmation email Calendly sends you.

No warranty

This website and its content are provided “as is”. While we take care to keep it accurate, Nixel gives no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure, claim or testimonial on it applies to your business.

Intellectual property

The Nixel name, logo, and the content of this website belong to Nixel AI Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or repurpose it without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nixel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
