Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Nixel AI Ltd (“Nixel”, “we”) collects through nixelai.com and the Nixel platform, why, and what rights you have over it. Nixel is a UK company and applies UK GDPR standards.
What we collect
- Contact and enquiry data — name, email, phone, company and anything you tell us via the contact form, the booking form, or a call.
- Booking data — when you book a call, Calendly (our scheduling provider) collects your name, email and any answers to booking questions.
- Usage analytics — pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate session duration, device type and referring/UTM source, collected by our own first-party analytics. This uses an anonymous identifier stored in your browser, not a persistent cross-site cookie.
- Advertising data — if you arrive from a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad, the Meta Pixel records that a page was viewed or a booking was completed, so we can measure and improve our advertising. See Cookies.
- Product/account data — if you create a Nixel OS account, we hold the details you provide during signup and your use of the product.
Why we collect it
- To respond to enquiries and deliver the services you ask for.
- To operate booked calls and the Nixel platform.
- To understand how our website and funnels perform, so we can improve them.
- To measure and optimise advertising spend.
- Where you are a Nixel client, to run reactivation or new-lead campaigns on your behalf, strictly within the permissions you have given us.
Legal basis
We rely on legitimate interest for analytics and enquiry handling, consent for non-essential cookies and advertising measurement (see the cookie banner on this site), and contract where we are delivering a service you have engaged us for.
Who we share data with
- Calendly — for call booking.
- Meta — for advertising measurement, where you have consented.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers — to run our systems.
- We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking data is kept for as long as reasonably needed to manage the relationship and meet legal/accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Client campaign data is retained per the terms agreed with that client.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@nixelai.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.
