Security
Last updated: September 2026
Nixel handles lead and customer data on behalf of businesses, so security is treated as a design requirement, not an afterthought. This page summarises how we approach it.
Encryption
Traffic to and from Nixel’s applications and this website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Data at rest in our production databases is stored on encrypted infrastructure.
Access control
- Production systems are accessible only to authorised Nixel personnel.
- Client workspaces are isolated from one another.
- Administrative access to the CRM and reactivation infrastructure is credential-protected, with access reviewed as the team grows.
Infrastructure
Nixel’s applications run on reputable cloud infrastructure providers with their own physical and network security controls. We keep dependencies patched and monitor production systems for availability and errors.
Data handling in reactivation and new-lead campaigns
When Nixel is engaged to reactivate a database or manage new leads, communication is only sent to contacts the client has the legal basis to contact. Clients remain the data controller for their own lead and customer records; Nixel acts as a processor under the terms agreed at onboarding.
Reporting a concern
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting Nixel or a Nixel client workspace, please tell us before disclosing it publicly, so we can investigate and fix it responsibly. Email admin@nixelai.com with details.
